Double Paper Bag Swap

This is another album I did for a swap.  It is a double paper bag ablum (using regular lunch size paper bags, so it's actually pretty large).  Here is the you tube tutorial for the project that gave us the start for our swap.  The tutorial gives you lots of different options and ways to arrange your pages, so ultimatley it was up to me.  I added a triple pocket page to mine, that wasn't in the video, but I've used it before and thought it went well with this paper collecion.  This is one of the tallest albums I've ever done (as I tend to stick with the smaller sizes), but it was a fun change and I really loved the colors.  I also tried to keep it pretty open ended, so the recipient can theme it to any of "Lif'es Treasured Moments."

Expanded CD Case in Gingerbread

This is one of my favorite ways to share the season with family and friends.  I have designed an Expanded CD Case, in this case, using my Gingerbread Digital Collection and Extras.  All you need to do is add your favorite photos of the season to the frame and insert cards, print, and adhere the printed pages to the cardstock ablum.  The directions and dimensions to create this expanded CD are FREE on my you tube video, here. The instructions and digital files to complete the Gingerbread version are on my website, here.   But, what makes this project even more amazing is the CD tucked away neatly in the CD pocket.

All of these products are on sale this month :) at www.sharinashack.com

Using these templates, link to them is here, and my Gingerbread Digital Collection and Extras, I create a ebook (that's what I call it).  I make as many double page layouts as I need to share all the fun and festivities of the season.  Then burn them to a CD.  You only have to make the digital album once, but you can burn as many CD's as you'd like to give away.  Tuck the CD away into this expanded CD case and give it as a fun gift, as well as keep one for yourself.  The one recieving the CD only needs to pop it into their TV and view your scrapbook.

Sample CD pages, below...

If you are TRADITIONAL SCRAPBOOKER, you can still do the same thing, INSTEAD take pictures of the pages you've created traditionally.  Burn that to a CD and share.  The directions and dimensions to create this expanded CD are FREE on my you tube video, here.  Or just burn your pics to a CD and add it to the pocket (no scrapbooking required).

I use this idea for more than just the Christmas holidays.  Here is the digital templates you can use for any season, event, or holiday season.  This album can be made using digital and traditional means of scrapbooking.  Happy Holidays!

Gift Giving Box Album

This a fun gift giving idea, that keeps on giving.  The gift itself is the cover for this darling mini album.  Inside the book you will find more gifts, that open to reveal places for photos and journalin.  This albm was designed to fit a 24 Days of Christmas idea, a 12 Days of Christmas idea, and even an Elf on the Shelf album.  Here is the link to the pattern on my website.  And it is on sale for half price this month.  Also, here is the you tube link showing the album.

Chipboard Mini Album Swap

I just wanted to share this was a chipboard album I made for a swap.  I wanted to create more room for photos and journaling so I made some pockets that opened up on the side to insert tags into.  On the various pages I added flaps, and different size pockest to hold smaller tags.  I kept the embellishing quite simple because the paper is so beautiful, it speaks volumes for itself.  Hope this inspires a new creation :)

This is the album I got in return.  Isn't it just lovely!  I am loving these colors and how calm it makes me feel.  Thank you so much Karen Cline.

Christmas Cheer Card

I took these adorable kids pictures the other day and just finished making their family Christmas card.  It looks like they are in a candy store and I thought it turned out so adorable, I had to share.

Sled Foto Folio Christmas Version

Wow!  Isn't this gorgeous!  Happy Holidays everyone!  Here I am with a super fun project today.  This is my Sled Foto Folio.  Again, it's my fun twist to the popular foto folio's, similar to the Shadow Box Foto Folio.  What makes it so unique?   It's a beautiful home decor item as well as a mini album (see photo at the bottom).  You can purchase this tutorial on my website here.  And it's on sale for the holidays.  Also, don't foget to watch the you tube video accompanying it, here.  I'll be posting it's twin, 'the winter sled' addition in the next couple days, so check back to see how different and equally beautiful that sled turned out.

This is the display in my entry way ... doesn't it fit in nicely with the Old Santa theme!?!  I love it!

Autumn Shadow Box Foto Folio and video

And here it is ... the fall themed version of the Shadow Box Foto Folio.  I decided to create this one 'landscape' style and I love the way it turned out.  I am always amazed at how different they are, even though I'm using the same instructions.  I also love the colors and calm feel in this paper collection by BoBunny - Autumn Song.  I have some left overs, that I might create another project with ... I'll keep you posted if I do.

The super exciting news is that the video that walks you through this project, is now up on my you tube channel.  Here is the link to that video.  I hope this is an extra helpful tool to help you create your own.
